FL4NLP Workshop at ACL’22

USC-Amazon center on Secure and Trusted Machine Learning is co-sponsoring the first workshop on federated learning for natural language processing (FL4NLP) colocated with ACL 2022.

 

This exciting workshop will be devoted an important, and less explored, application domain of natural language processing in federated learning. It includes six plenary talks from leading experts in this domain:

Virginia Smith (CMU)

Bo Li (UIUC)

Tong Zhang (HKUST)

Manzil Zaheer (Google DeepMind)

Rahul Gupta (Amazon Alexa AI)

 
 

The workshop will also reveal an exciting "shared task" for researchers in this domain. There will also be a best paper award and a best student paper award for honoring exceptional papers published at the FL4NLP workshop, which are both sponsored by Amazon Alexa AI.
